Das Produkt sollte zwischen dem 2. und 15. Dezember geliefert werden. Bisher ist es immer noch nicht angekommen. Auch die Sendungsverfolgung zeigt lediglich an, dass das Paket noch auf dem Weg ist. Eine Rückerstattung blieb bisher unbeantwortet.
