RETURNS & EXCHANGES

pieces, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized

premium nature of our fine materials, we are unable to accept returns
or issue refunds on 14K Gold Filled and Sterling Silver chain pieces.
However, we gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. If
you'd like a different size, style, or design, simply reach out and
we'll make it right. Item must be unused and in its original condition.

This Fitbit band is absolutely beautiful. It makes my Fitbit look like a classy bracelet instead of a step tracker. I just love how delicate it looks on my wrist, but seems to be well-made. The quality is top notch!

These bands are absolutely stunning!! Truly turn your Fitbit into fine jewelry. I bought one initially as a gift but I liked it so much i ended up keeping it, ha! And promptly bought another. I used to wear the luxe gorjana but this one is actually *better* than the Fitbit version! It clicks in snugger (unlike the gorjana that has gaps in the connectors) and the clasp is much more secure. so many scares with the gorjana randomly unclasping and falling off. This one is a lobster clasp that isn't opening by itself any time soon :) the included tool made it pretty easy to put on even with my ridiculous acrylic nails. The gold on these is just as shiny and matches perfectly. Extremely happy with my purchases and will surely be back for more! (Also seller was very friendly and communicative, answered my questions super quick!)
