I love my band! I initially chose brown leather, and before the item shipped I asked seller if I could get the black leather instead. Seller was quick to response and said no problem and they would ship out the black. The band arrived but I realized I ordered the incorrect one for my fit but model. Notified seller and again, quick response, said I could exchange for the correct model, I just needed to return and pay shipping for return. I returned, and they shipped new band out ASAP. I love it! I've been wearing a fit bit for over ten years and hated that I had to have this "sports" band on with even more formal attire. This one is perfect for casual well, or if I'm dressing up. Love! Only thing I would change is adding another hole on the band. I measured and got the rightt size but I could use one more hole to have it fit a bi
