RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Non-personalized items: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Item must be unused and in original condition. Buyer is responsible for
return shipping costs.
Personalized & custom items: Due to the custom nature of these
pieces, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized
orders. Please double-check all personalization details before
submitting your order.
14K Gold Filled & Sterling Silver Chain Collection: Due to the
premium nature of our fine materials, we are unable to accept returns
or issue refunds on 14K Gold Filled and Sterling Silver chain pieces.
However, we gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. If
you'd like a different size, style, or design, simply reach out and
we'll make it right. Item must be unused and in its original condition.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges.

48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right immediately.

Band is sturdy enough but the design is different than the picture. There are larger ball charms on the connecting pieces and they are silver, so the colors clash with the gold. It also has loosened considerably so in the two days that I've worn it, so it swings around my wrist now.
