The item itself is good quality. The shipping/customer service leaves room for improvement. I placed my order in 1/16, order was marked shipped on 1/22 I reached out to seller on 1/28 as item was still showing not received by Post Office. Not long after I sent my inquiry the Post Office updated to show they received item on 1/28. Seller replied to me saying they would check with the Post office which is pointless because they clearly knew it had just left. I wouldn't have left a negative review if they had just said there was an error and it hadn't made it out, but by not owning up to it and by telling me they would check with the Post Office and never getting back to me I feel they earned a negative review.
