RETURNS & EXCHANGES

premium nature of our fine materials, we are unable to accept returns
or issue refunds on 14K Gold Filled and Sterling Silver chain pieces.
However, we gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. If
you'd like a different size, style, or design, simply reach out and
we'll make it right. Item must be unused and in its original condition.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within
48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right immediately.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours,
production may have already begun and we may be unable to cancel.

to make changes - once crafting has begun we cannot guarantee changes
can be made.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import
