I had asked for a customized product where the connector was silver, but the buckle and accents were gold. Responded almost immediately and easy to work with. Product came in just like I had asked for and is 100% genuine leather! Great experience and love the watch band, thank you!!

It appears as expected. I was worried about the fit and ordered snug. It fits perfectly buckled on the last hole, meaning I have all if the tighter options available should it stretch. Good purchase!
