I originally got the single strap one and found some issues with it so wasn’t completely satisfied with it. The owner of this shop contacted me and wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied and so through some communication, sent me a beautiful replacement. I’ve been wearing it now over a week and absolutely love it. It’s stylish and functional and the straps are holding up really well as well. I was incredibly impressed with the level of customer service I received and how quickly a replacement came. I love this watch strap, it’s brought elegance to my clunky Fitbit and is perfectly my style. Thank you for the lovely strap!!
