Band arrived broken. The hardware to connect to the Apple watch would not lock in and so it just slips out repeatedly. (I have an apple band that works, and two other watch bands which work, so I know for a fact it is the band). It also ran extremely large. I messaged the seller and he was responsive, but I had to pay return shipping for him to fix the issue. When I got it back, it was still broken on the same clip. I requested a replacement be mailed to me at which he said he will refund it, but the extra shipping I paid for the repair was not refunded and I would have much rather been able to wear the band than receive a refund but I didn't want to argue.
