Customer service was prompt and accommodating. I (stupidly) asked for a slightly longer band and I believe that is what I got-hard to tell bc it is a double wrap band. It fit when I got it so I was happy. I LOVE the style and aesthetic of the band however the leather is rather thin and it has stretched so much that I needed to purchase a leather punch kit to keep my Garmin Vivoactive 3 in place on my wrist. It started out as a double wrap band and in just a few months it is alllmost a triple wrap: I have a little over an inch left to go. Until then I have a 6 1/2 inch dangling strap which isn’t fun w cooking, cleaning or hand washing. This style would benefit from a loop or a strap “keeper” for sure. Paid just about $40, and I do like the style/accents so I don’t want to trash it, just wish it wasn’t a Stretch Armstrong.

It is a good looking watch band. I sized it and when I got it, it was to big so I had to add a hole to it. I love it though. Fits my personality.
