RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Non-personalized items: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Item must be unused and in original condition. Buyer is responsible for

Personalized & custom items: Due to the custom nature of these
pieces, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized
orders. Please double-check all personalization details before

premium nature of our fine materials, we are unable to accept returns
or issue refunds on 14K Gold Filled and Sterling Silver chain pieces.
However, we gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. If
you'd like a different size, style, or design, simply reach out and
we'll make it right. Item must be unused and in its original condition.

The bracelet is ok in terms of quality although one of the sides was challenging to insert. I measured the wrist as described however I think it’s too large and moves around uncomfortably. Disappointed as I won’t be able to wear this band. Wouldn’t recommend.
