I can't really speak to the customer service as everything arrived on-time, in great shape & directions were clear & needed tools were included in the box. The watch band was just as pictured & exactly what I needed. I had a problem with the original silicon band irritating my arm. This band doesn't cause that issue. I love it! The little dangling heart is very sweet!
