Customer service was amazing. Shipping was not on point; Second air did not come until a week later. the seller did make it right and I am so happy with the quality of the watchband highly recommend.

Craftsmanship is great and the band is beautiful. Shipping was as expected. Unfortunately, it is not comfortable for everyday use. The buckle is thick and gets in the way of resting my arms while typing and the part that wraps around the arm interferes with the watch keeping contact with my wrist. I may try to alter it by shortening it and making new holes. I will still wear it when dressing up for a night out.
