EXCELLENT customer service. This is a quality band. I returned this because it was a little bit thinner than I would like for my wrist size. They were great about handling the return, no questions asked. Offered solutions & were very kind and courteous!

This is the second watch band I have ordered and the only reason I needed a new one is that I wore through the last one after 3 years of continuous wear (including getting it wet and wearing it at the gym). I looked at Simeon’s other styles, but ultimately opted for the same one as before. I love it!

If I could give this seller 10 stars I would!! I originally ordered a watch band with the incorrect adapter size for my watch and Simeon was quick to respond about how to return and exchange the item for the correct size. After mailing out my return package I later encountered several tracking issues and package mishaps with the postal system. Simeon’s communication and customer service throughout the entire process was top tier! Today I received my replacement band in the mail (which was mailed out to me BEFORE all issues with the post office were fully handled) and it is absolutely beautiful and perfect! Simeon is officially my “go to” shop for all of my Apple Watch band needs. Thank you!
