I ordered the double thin strap band for my Apple Watch in dark brown when it arrived it was beautifully made. However it just didn’t look good on my arm but this was my own issues lol. I contacted the the owner and she was extremely helpful about rectifying the situation for me. I found what I was looking for and she fixed it for me something I would like better even thought this was my error not the company’s. The customer service is amazing this company rocks.
