I am 34 yo, 5'0" tall, 103 lbs woman with tiny wrists. I would highly recommend if you are petite or if you appreciate delicate looking bracelets. I wear my fitbit all day and night to track everything. It's held up well, even in the shower and in the pool.

Love this item- I've worn it pretty much 24 hours a day, aside from the shower for the last few months. It's holding up great and looks way cooler than traditional fit bit straps!
