TL;DR: I reccommend this shop. Wonderful craftsmanship and customer service. I was drawn to this shop by the wraparound black leather band with rose gold hardware. I unfortunately realized that band was for the wrong Fitbit, and so I inquired about making this leopard band in the black leather style with rose gold hardware. Simeon said he could, and shared the colors of the Fitbit clasps I could choose from. I wanted the watch to be looser and he also shared with me the best way to do that, so I didn't order a watch band that was too big. Simeon was SUPER HELPFUL and responsive to my asks, and even a shipping snafu. I will definitely be ordering from this shop again. So excited to wear my watch!
