The craftsmanship is a great. The placement of the buckle sits against my wrist bone in an uncomfortable manner. I wish the side with the clasp was a bit longer so that it would sit flush against the inside of my wrist. If my wrist were smaller, that would be the case but with a larger wrist, it’s uncomfortable. Maybe I just don’t know how to measure my wrist properly, but I feel like the design maybe needs to be tweaked so that both sides are a bit longer depending on wrist size.

At first I struggled to attach the watch straps and then I reached out to the owner of the shop. He very kindly suggested I had the wrong band for my model of Fitbit. I have sent back the wrong model and am awaiting for the correct one. Very easy exchange and I'm excited to wear my new band!
